What I'd really like to see you do is put a probe in the charge tube to measure outlet temperatures. That alone should be interesting!
As for the charger rpm, the blower was sent to Eaton and that's what they told us. This was about 2.5 years ago, before people started changing crank pullies. The blower pulley was super small, and the guy told me he had to put anti slip compound on it to achieve full boost. Like I said, I'm just warning, I hope it does work out for you.

You have got some set of balls man. I give credit where credit is due... and it takes real pioneers like yourself to advance this sport and its technology. I do suggest the use of some type of engine management as your tuning window will get pretty narrow... 17 psi on a stock ECU is a guaranteed break.

its 12 psi now with the stepper.after adding the crv pulley,how much more boost will there be ? 2-3 psi ? or 4-5 psi ?

SC Hybrid. I also am using type R cam and love it. I engage VTEC at 2900rpm and the tires just spin in first at will from like 1500 rpm. I agree that you should invest in air temp sensor and see what is coming out the other end. I do not think that you will over-rev the blower, but you should do the math. I think it can go about 17k rpm according to magnuson.
